Agnieszka specializes in financial transactions, particularly debt financing structures and real estate transactions. She advises on the preparation and negotiation of financial documentation, including loan agreements (based on LMA standards) and security documents.
She supports both financial institutions and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated financing, as well as in refinancing and debt restructuring processes.
She has participated in numerous financing projects and M&A transactions, including, among others, financing for acquisitions of companies in the medical sector, securing financing for the acquisition of a manufacturing company, financing related to the sale of a stake in a food industry company, as well as transactions involving real estate projects, including retail parks and commercial investments. She has also advised on transactions involving international entities in the trade and retail sectors.
For over 10 years, she has provided legal services in the field of commercial law, including day-to-day corporate support, corporate advisory services, and the execution of M&A projects.
Before joining the firm, she gained experience at renowned Polish and international law firms, as well as serving as in-house counsel at companies engaged in investment and financial activities.
