Michał is an attorney at law trainee with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and a graduate of law from Jagiellonian University and the University of Seville. He gained his professional experience at renowned Polish law firms, where he participated in handling complex transactions on a significant scale.
He specializes in debt financing transactions, with a particular focus on bond issuances and bank financing. He assists clients in structuring debt instruments, preparing financial documentation, and establishing security packages. His practice also includes ongoing corporate advisory services and advising on M&A projects, including conducting due diligence.
In transaction projects, he leverages his knowledge of capital market regulatory requirements, ensuring the security of the structure and the efficient enforcement of debt. Concurrently, he is expanding his expertise in intellectual property law and new media, having completed his undergraduate studies in this field. Privately, he is also interested in sports law.
